  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

  • Hands-on experience in Networking (Router, Switch configurations)

  • Strong knowledge of IPv4 Hands-on experience in Linux Administration

  • Knowledge of CDN and Media platforms

Other Required Skills

  • Remote OS installations

  • Remote monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Product training for the customers

  • Product Configuration Support

  • 0-3 years of experience in technical support

  • Experience in customer handling

  • Experience in Telco Industry added advantage
