What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities: 

  • You would be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all your customer requirements throughout the complete lifecycle of your customers

  • You would ensure complete order fulfilment for your customers and timely escalate any sign of customer dissatisfaction. 

  • You would be responsible for explanation of the complete product features and ensure proper hand-holding for the initial journey

  • You would ensure that your customers receive prompt and effective resolution in case of any service issues. 

  • You would manage relationships with the key persons in your assigned accounts 

  • You would be fully responsible for the complete customer satisfaction from your customers consistently

  • You would help your customers to achieve their growth objectives by leveraging the strengths of our solutions. 

  • Would be responsible for increasing revenue from your assigned accounts through exemplary account management skills. 

  • Other tasks as assigned by management


  • Taking ownership of the assigned customers

  • Self Driven, well organized and focused on completing the task

  • Should have a strong technical knowledge and skills to provide basic trouble shooting on the field

  • Should be willing to learn new technologies and should be highly adaptive to new environment

  • Proficient in CRM, excel and office

  • Should possess excellent Interpersonal skills 

  • Strong work ethic and passion for sales and support

  • Excellent in verbal communication Skills in English, Hindi 

  • Knowledge on Telco products, Data center, Networking, etc would be an added advantage
