The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth functioning and execution. The individual will lead strategic planning, establish operational policies, and work towards organizational goals.

  • The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth functioning and execution.

  • The individual will lead strategic planning, establish operational policies, and work towards organizational goals.

  • The role will require coordinating with vendors and managing new projects for the company. Some of the Roles of this position are:

Job Role in brief

Customer Operations: 
• Maintaining customer data and documentations
• Customer order processing and coordination 
• Invoicing and tracking of collections and receivables
• Customer and Partner agreements 
• Purchase and Vendor management
• General administration
Finance:
• Manage local purchases
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly journals
• Coordination with auditors for accounting and audit
• Payments to vendors and suppliers
• Maintaining assets and inventories
• Preparing financial reports for management
Human Resource:
• Attendance, Leave Management and Payroll Processing
• Sourcing of candidates, recruitment, on-boarding and orientation 
• Responsible for legal compliances like PF, ESI, TDS etc
• Employee engagements, Learnings and development

Qualification

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Operations management and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage and execute projects on time while monitoring budgets

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience working in the technology or infrastructure industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus
